14-Day Unconditional Returns

You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 14 calendar days of delivery, for any reason, no questions asked.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow at least 14 calendar days for your refund to be processed and posted back to your original form of payment.

Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

PayPal Refunds

  • Standard PayPal refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your returned item.

  • In regions where local regulations require up to 30 calendar days, PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days to complete.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Final-sale merchandise

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Underwear, swimwear, and jewelry when hygiene seals are broken

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Refund Procedure

  3. Inspection & Approval: Once we inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Refund to Original Payment Method

Requests After the 14-Day Return Period

If your return request falls outside the 14-day window, please still contact us. We will review each case individually and may offer store credit or partial refunds at our discretion.
