Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the Goods to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Unconditional Return Period: You may return any undamaged, unwashed Goods within 14 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a minimum of 14 days.
PayPal Refunds:
- Refunds to PayPal accounts will be processed within at least 14 days.
- In jurisdictions where local law requires up to 30 days for PayPal refunds, we will comply accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items: Goods marked “Final Sale” or made-to-order (e.g., custom sizes or bespoke finishes) cannot be returned unless defective.
Return Procedure:

- Pack the Goods securely, include the RMA form, and ship to the address provided.
- We will notify you by email when your return is received and the refund is processed.

6. Warranty and Defects

We warrant that Goods will be free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery.
If a defect arises, contact us with order details and photos; we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective Goods at no charge.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and trademarks displayed on our website or packaging are owned by Hong Kong Jinhan Co., Limited or licensed to us. No license is granted to you to use any of our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hong Kong Jinhan Co., Limited’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the sale of Goods shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the applicable Goods.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
